Wow! It's been a year since I updated this thing! I must apologize to all of you bloggers. Facebook was so much quicker and easier on me and remains that way as I continue to build my business. Time is so so valuable. Anyway...a few updates. Steven & Samantha moved in with my mother about 2 months ago, and I came out to Virginia to help Adam & Tami Jaynes build our Virginia office. I came out here after having promptings for three months that had told me to start preparing myself. Around Christmas time, it became clear to me that the change was to take place quicker than planned. After an event in St. George for the business in January, we made the decision that I would leave one week later. I packed my suitcases and threw my luggage in the car after training on January 16th, and made the two and a half day drive to Manassas, Virginia! It has been very challenging, but very rewarding at the same time. I dearly miss my hubby and cute lil lady Samantha, but God has blessed us and continues to bless us as we make the necessary sacrifices to build our business. We are working toward our RVP Promotion for April 1, 2010! We are so close I can almost taste it! I look forward to sharing more experiences with you as they unfold. Happy Birthday Krista, Kami, Jason & Sasha!
We went over to Mom's house on Sunday to celebrate Kami, Krista, Jason, & Sasha's birthdays! Kirk helped us grilled steak the Doug Stewart Way and Mom made microwave potatoes, also the DSW & Jessica made her amazing Broccoli-Cauliflower-Bacon Salad. It was such good food! Afterward, I tried to frost the cake, but kept pulling up the top with the frosting. I was getting so frustrated and yelled out,"Son of a Beast!" Grandma Peery thought that I was over in the kitchen cussin' up a storm because she didn't hear me clearly. It was so funny to see the look she gave me until she found out what I really said. Afterward, we played a game of Settlers of Catan (first introduced by Kyle & Alaina Wood) and visited for a while. I am so grateful for birthdays and the fun times we have together as a family. Happy Birthday guys! We love you a ton! I couldn't ask for a better family!

Los Angeles with Brandon to see Hector, Susie, Hawes, etc.
The following post is especially for Lexee Neil! You asked if Steve had a good time in Los Angeles at Hector's Event...see for yourself that WE most definitely did! Thanks so much for running the contest! We are so glad that we won! It was an unforgettable, life changing trip! We learned so much, met several of our amazing mentors, and had a ton of fun! The only thing that would have made the trip better would have been if you and Jolene could've come with Brandon and Lance. :O)

Steven Meets the President of the United States'...
House! Well...at least the title probably caught your attention! Anyway...last month we were able to go back east to help expand our Virginia office! While we were there we got to go to Washington D.C. to see a couple of the sights before hopping on an airplane to meet Brandon in L.A. That week was filled with six airplane rides and we are still alive. After watching the news the night before we left, and seeing an airplane crash in New York, I was so afraid to hop on all of our connecting flights to get us out to Virginia, over to L.A. and back home. Don't the airlines do straight flights anymore? It's like they think plane hopping and jet lag build character or something. Anyway...here are a couple of the pictures from our trip to Virginia to help Adam & Tami. We love you guys and are so happy we were able to go out! Tear it up!

Team Captain-RVP Party at the Neil House
How's the food Emily?
Jolene raises her soda for a toast! We work with such cute people.
The guys playing pool while the girls watch America's Funniest Home Videos!
Ken, Lance, Steve & Cody doing what guys do best...sports anyone?
Samantha was one sleepy child after a night at the sitter's.
This is pretty much how all of us felt at the end of the night! I'm sure that Brandon & Lexee were relieved to have all of us leave at 2:30 a.m. so that they could get some sleep. Winners come early and stay late though, right?
Thanks Brandon & Lexee for the amazing food, folks, and fun! We had a blast! Can't wait until the next one.

Why the Long Gap in Posts?
Good question! Let me tell you...Samantha, my friend Tine, and I got in an accident on I-15 a couple of weeks back. Some guy in a big white Dodge truck pulling a trailer decided to ram into the back of us, because he couldn't stop fast enough in heavy traffic. Don't worry we are fine, minus a little whiplash and $3000 worth of damage to the Lexus. Anyway...we took the car to Larry H. Miller in Salt Lake to have it fixed and forgot to take our camera out of the glove compartment. Yes, you guessed it! When we went to pick the car up, the camera was gone. Someone stole it from us! They told us that we could do nothing because we signed a release when we dropped the car off that said they weren't responsible for anything that was lost or stolen from the car. We forgot that the camera was in there, so it's our own fault. I went yesterday and found the same camera for about $75 cheaper on a Christmas sale, so we bought the same awesome camera FOR THE SECOND TIME IN THE PAST THREE MONTHS! More posts to follow...with pictures attached just as soon as I decide to put batteries in the camera and find a memory card to store more photos. :O) Fun stuff...but look at the bright side: we didn't die in the accident, noone was seriously injured, we got another camera, and the car is now fixed. I'll count my many blessings on all of those things.

We are so grateful for our business and for all of the people Heavenly Father has placed into our lives. We honestly can't picture where we would be without this great opportunity! We have learned so much! We feel so lucky and so blessed and are SO EXCITED about where we are going! Hard work pays off!
